Together with 29 other artist, I was asked to think about the spirit of our time and to translate this to my own artistic language. Do the financial crisis, the revolutions in the Arab world, the political issues and the migration items mean the end of our times? Or is the best still just ahead of us?

In the gallery, but also on the farmyard, there is a continuos exhibition of the 'bronze animals' of Mariette Schouten. In combination with this, several times a year there are theme exhibition. During the spring-show, the sculptures of Mariette will be combined with a selection of my paintings.

No less than 26 artists get inspired by the day of love and translated this in their own picture language. It is obvious that love is the central subject. But you better come and see for yourself that it reaches further than fluffy hearts and similar stuff.

During the auction sale not only paintings will be brought under the hammer. Also sculptures, objects, fossils, etc. Two days preceding the auction sale, the objects will be exposed in 'lHotel des ventes Drouot.
