For the tenth time in row, the annual groups exhibition 'Artikel 27' will be organized. This edition everything will be in token of 'La Décadence'. Turbulent and licentious party's, exaggerated desire for delight and beauty. The beginning of the end or the start of a fresh wind... It promised to become a decadent party; translated, seen and spied on thru 39 artists and 3 artist collectives.
